All the animals were super cute im definitely going back to buy a hamster soon! The only thing I didn't really like was that they had live fishes in small containers on shelves. Many were still at the bottom, and floating at the top, I moved some slightly and they started moving again but its not a good place to have them at all. I didnt have time to take photos of the shelf, but I'll edit some in soon

I always stop in here for my pup because they have a great selection of items. I also bring my dog here for grooming, and Fabian was absolutely incredible with her. My dog is a husky, so she’s definitely a talker—especially during bath time—but he handled her so well and remained kind and smiling throughout. After her grooming, she looked absolutely amazing. I’m incredibly happy with his work and truly appreciate the care and patience he showed. Highly recommend!

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at the Petco in Homestead. On August 16th, I visited the store and purchased a blood-red bearded dragon with the assistance of sales associate Shamya. Unfortunately, everything following that initial transaction was handled in an unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable manner. As a teacher in Homestead, I had promised my students this pet for the classroom. What should have been an exciting and positive experience instead turned into a month-long ordeal marked by miscommunication, lack of accountability, and poor customer service. To outline the issue clearly: I was originally told the animal would arrive on August 27th, then the date changed to September 5th and then the 15th 3X in total. At n

I don't know what is going on there is a new young lady working today January 26 2026 at 12:15 will her attitude was so so rude I didn't know this company hire people like that. I don't know if the manager on that shift is having an affair with the young lady worker and if she got hired cause of her knowing the manager because I brought it to his attention and he made excuses that it was my fault. I hope this company looks into these to individuals what to making customers happy. It's not my fault that young lady had to get a job and work for a living or if she had a bad day. Right at the moment this store doesn't even deserve this one star rating.

I called today inquiring about a raccoon (out of curiosity) and I thought he’d laugh but instead he kept it very professional. He told me respectfully & professionally in his own words that they didn’t have any. He was also super helpful. He gave me a few suggestions on where I could possibly find one. I see bright future for him. Thank you Jason & keep up the good work Jason!
