The store was super clean and organized The staff was friendly and gave terrific customer service My questions were answered and I was not just told what aisle to go to I was escorted to the aisle where I found exactly what I needed A very nice experience Patricia Finocchiaro

Sarah was so helpful and gave me many great suggestions for games to stimulate my pups curiosity and help to avoid boredom as well as guide me in which toys would be beneficial for my dogs age and energy. Thank you!

Have you been to the Petco in Hampton Bays lately? I went in last week to pick up some treats and I couldn’t get over how wonderful the customer service was.! The employees couldn’t go out of their way enough to help me. It’s very rare today and I just wanted to give a shout out to Hampton Bays Petco and their employees.

We made our biweekly trip to Petco... got all our food and supplies for our pup. Everything was available and Anna checked us out ! She's the best.

Bought a couple ferrets and the staff was friendly helpful and informative they always make us feel welcomed. Made sure we saved as much as we could as well everything was awesome.
