We had the best experience here! My dogs got a bath and a shed release and I honestly can’t believe the difference. They look and feel amazing and the amount of loose fur was unreal. Heather and Melissa were so kind and gentle with them, which means a lot to me. We’ll definitely be back!

Terrible service!! My sister’s dog always gets cut at a professional but we took the chance here and it was a horror story. They knicked her ear and tried to blame it on her instead of taking accountability. Never again, don’t recommend. Got my girl stressed !

I've been a loyal customer of Petco Grooming for over 3 years with no issues, but my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I showed a photo and clearly described the style I wanted for my dog, but a new employee shaved my dog without any explanation. To make matters worse, they didn’t even bring my dog out to me when I arrived for pick-up. They had someone else. (Photo for what my dog looked before grooming and then after. It doesn’t even look like my dog.) The cut was unprofessional — there are long, uneven pieces, and the blends are sloppy. The back of my dogs head is flat. It honestly looks like they rushed to finish it. Photos to show attached. To top it off, my dog has a skin tag that was cut and started bleeding, and I wasn’t even informed about it. I’m writing it because I want to prevent any other dog owner, especially any dog to go through the same traumatic experience and my little dog and I did. To be completely honest I’m ashamed of posting these pictures because I feel responsible for how they mistreated him, I should have known better. This was the first and certainly the last time I will bring my dog to Petco. As a dog mom I have had unpleasant experiences with some groomers but never, never to this extent. My little dog does have a caring and loving grooming team but they were booked until July and unfortunately I decided to take him to Petco for a haircut today.
