I've been taking my dogs (Bernese Mountain Dogs and Aussie) to this Petco for bathing and grooming for about three years. I have never had a bad experience. They consistently do a great job and the dogs are happy when they're finished. Lauren is amazing! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get our Yorkie cut due to some matting. That was understandable. However, I asked that the ears be trimmed short enough to allow them to stand up as possible. That wasn't done. I asked that no scented products be used. That request was also ignored.
Groomers were very friendly and attentive. Understood all needs. Dogs looked wonderful when finished.
After going to quite a few in the Augusta area with truly bad cuts, experience etc.. we found Anita. She is very patient with my rescue. It is never chaotic in there. It’s calm and professional. She Recommends cuts and knows when Ellie has had enough. Each time it’s better. The cut is perfect and grows out well and evenly. She does the best job in all categories. I’ve been to the others and will never go back. No hesitation in recommending her you won’t be sorry. Thanks Anita!
Grooming exceeded my expectations. The groomer was polite and professional. She finished grooming in the time frame she had given me. This was my first time going to Petco for grooming and I woul go back again
