Sam changed my raggedy old man dog into a distinguished gentleman. This was my first grooming experience ever, so I didn't know what to expect, but it's a day later and I'm still finding things she did for him!! She also did some special requests for him; I think it was a great experience.
The lady was terrific at trimming my dog's nails. He is afraid when I take him to have his nails trimmed. The lady is so gentle. He seems so calm, as she trims his nails. I appreciate this service so much.
The 1st time I brought my fur baby Sierra did a puppy care trim. 4 weeks later she did a full grooming cut. She did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with the outcome.
Took my 2 yr old Chihuahua Molly in for nail trim and other services. I was happy and thankful Sam gave her extra attention when she noticed how nervous Molly was. Sam did a better job than her normal groomer at Petsmart and her Vet in Florida where we just moved from.
Sierra did a great job. Thank you and Merry Christmas
