Petco Grooming

I have used the groomers at this PETCO location since my girl first came to live with me over three years ago. I have always been satisfied with the services she has received, and more importantly I am very glad that she never seems anxious when we arrive, or when it is time to come home.

Hurray for SherRae 🤩 She took the absolute best care of my rescue puppy “Baby”, for her first nail trim experience, outside of the Omaha Humane society. Handled Baby with supreme care and the gentlest of attentions. We will be back to see her again soon and next time, Baby gets the works! All the staff were great there too 😎 Thank you PetCo and mostly mainly SherRae!!!

Emma is AMAZING at what she does! She is definitely my go to groomer! The customer service there is always top tier!

I have been taking my three year old to Desirae since she was three months old. I’ve never had any issues and Desirae has never mentioned having any issues with Luna. Ever since Desirae left, I’ve had bad encounters with the groomer. In March, I tried MacKenzie. When I dropped her off, I could tell MacKenzie had an attitude. As I was walking away, I *thought* I heard my dog yelp. I looked back and didn’t see anything abnormal, so I thought it could’ve just been one of the groomers raising the table. No issues at pickup. Yesterday, I took my dog in for a visit. When I picked her up, she was so stressed that drool was hanging off of her face, her facial hair was not gone like I requested, and she was shivering. This was the worst grooming appt. They were nice . Claimed they told me the price up front . Lie. Poor cut for my dog. Even with my petco rewards i paid more then i’ve ever paid at any petco in my travels. Had the nerve to tell me that didn’t include a tip. We could not ask her to fix the poor quality of cut after our dismay at the check out desk. For fear of reprisals! The WORST!
