Petco Grooming

It was our first time at this location and it was a pleasant surprise, such an excellent experience. Natalia was an absolute delight! She genuinely cares about what she's doing and it shows in how sweet she treated our usually anxious, whiny dog. He took to her immediately. I was thoroughly satisfied with the grooming and more so with the above and beyond customer service. We live closer to a different location but this one is totally worth the drive!

We love to bring our Husky to Natalia, at this PETCO location. She does a fantastic job. She is super friendly, (they all are really nice there) so sweet with pets and does an amazing job washing and grooming him. You do need a big heart for animals, have lots of patience and most certainty not be shy to get dirty; being a pet groomer. He comes home super soft, with nicely trimmed nails and paws. He is always so excited to go there. He runs to the groomers, is happy and gives them lots of kisses. Even after two hours, of running and playing hard with his fellow Husky buddies and other friends. We have a big group of people that always meet. I make sure he sees many other Huskies and wolf dogs, besides some other breeds. He is very playful, compatible and none aggressive with othe

I brought my dog Stella to get groomed, Stephanie L was the girl that bathe her & she did amazing, after such a fast service my dog came back smelling delicious & so soft. I definitely recommend, btw there’s two Stephanie’s that show up in the app but Stephanie L Is the one who did my dog Stella!

This was the most sorry excuse for 'customer service' ive ever seen.. I've already posted my review with details and picture of receipt with address and names on Google for this location. To start your employee by the name of Natalia has zero business being in a customer facing position. She has a condescending attitude from start to finish, speaking and repeating things to me like i was a child. This person had no intention of doing her job and that was to actually give our dog a haircut. Our dog is less than 5 months old.. the most passive sweet little dog... under 10 pounds... that you will ever see. We had a appointment for noon on Sunday at the Kendall Petco location. With a very condescending attitude she tried to explain that the dog "may freak out" and that they would only be
