Petco Grooming

My dog looks so good!! Thank you Melony for doing such a good job. My dog has some separation anxiety, and she was so comfortable with Melony!

The grooming experience was a great one with the groomers very nice with calming personalities, listened to me, looked on chart to see what was done previously at another location, and the dogs looked wonderful when picked up. I will go back to this location!

I did not care for the person clipping my dogs nails. She seemed very aggravated by my dog moving. She then took my dog to the back which worried me. She said she clipped one nail too short but stopped the bleeding. Well this is exactly why I pay to have this done, so I do not hurt my dog.

My dogs appointment was at 1230. Drop her off and everything is fine. I never received a call or a text saying she was done. When I realized what time it was, over 3 hours have passed. it never takes them that long. Im yhinking maybe they fell behind or something. I go to pick up and I hear her whining in the back. She's been ready! The lady at front ask for my dogs name while she's helping someone else. I tell her ans once she's done she comes back. While I'm waiting for the lady, i get a text at 350 saying my dog is ready for pick up. Like almost 4 hours later?!!!! The ladies were nice. They did a good job. I just didn't appreciate the lack of communication. They gave no explanation as to why or anything.
