Petco Grooming

The groomers are great but the online booking function from the Petco App double booked appointments. My puppy spent almost 2 1/2 hours there for a bath along with feet, face and fanny. That's too long for a puppy to go without getting a chance to go to the bathroom. FIX THE BROKEN APP!!

My grandmother took her dog in to get his hair trimmed and they ended up cutting the tips of both of his ears. There was blood all over his ears when she got him back. When she called in to speak to management their response was just to take him in to the vet with absolutely no accountability and no resolve on their end. Terrible service and a risk to your pets health.

Had the best experience and my dog even though he was scared didn't mind as the girl was very professional.

Angie is amazing! She turned my 12 year old, matted giant schnoodle into a sleek puppy again. She was so wonderful and gentle with her, too. Telly has arthritis and Angie took care not to have her crated any longer than necessary. Make sure you bring cash to tip your groomers, otherwise, tips you put on a card are taxed at nearly 40%!! Update: Telly just got her early winter grooming and Jordan did a fabulous job! And yes I remembered to bring cash to tip my groomer so they don't lose most of it in taxes!

Autumn does an excellent, reliably consistent job. I’m always pleased with her work. She has been my dog groomer for several years.
