Petco Grooming

Petco has our new baby, Melo, looking so cute! We got her on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Because she needed a vaccine, we had to wait until Sunday, December 7, for her grooming appointment, and they did an awesome job. We’re first-time dog owners, and Petco made everything so easy—even helping us pick out the products she needs at home. Melo is a 3-year-old Goldendoodle.

I was very satisfied with her fresh cut. She smelled so good and looked amazing! She had a doggy spa day! Hair and nails 💅 done!✅

The first time I went, they did a good job. This time, I was disappointed. We chose the photo we wanted. When I went to pick up my puppy, I was disappointed. They cut out a lot of his hair. I'm desperate. My puppy looked sad. 😡

Petco at west orange is a great place for grooming your pet- they are a group of hard working and cordial staff They do small to medium to big dogs I have been taking my pet here for last few years

The groomer did a horrible job. I showed her a picture of how I wanted him three times before leaving. The cut she gave was nothing like I asked. He’s not cut evenly & she did absolutely nothing to his nails when I asked her to cut & buff them so they won’t be as sharp. When I went to pick him up she claims the hair on his legs we matted & had to be cut I asked why didn’t she call & give me this information & allow me to make the call on how he should be cut, she had no answer except “I’m sorry”. Further more his hair was not matted because four days prior he had a bath & was combed & brushed thoroughly. The groomer says it was her first day & I believe it. Please do better when dealing with people’s pets especially when you’re charging over 100$. He will never see the inside of a petco ag
