Petco Grooming

I have brought Bailee there many times and was always very happy EXCEPT for yesterday!! I took less than an hour, usually 3-4 hours. I am very disappointed with the deshedding, you can hardly tell it was done. I will have to find another groomer. 😕

Alyssa was amazing with our senior dog, Beau. She listened to our needs and addressed any questions we had. His cut looks adorable and the length is perfect for the summer heat in NC. He was so playful and happy when we picked him up! We have already scheduled our next appointment.

I was told 2 hours before the appointment that my pet could not be groomed by Petco because she is a senior that has never been seen at that location. I wish we would have been told this at the desk when I spoke to one of the groomers about my dog. I had asked questions about having my senior dog groomed and told them we were new to the area.

Destiny was awesome. It was Dukes first grooming appointment & he was nervous. She was wonderful with him & was able to cut his nails!

Destiny was an absolute delight to work with as a dog bather/groomer at Petco. She was absolutely amazing in her care of my two beloved canine companions, Taco Supreme a senior, blind Chihuahua and Miss Piggy, a hyperactive pug. Destiny‘s attention to detail and genuine love for animals truly shone through in her grooming sessions. She took the time to understand my concerns regarding my senior Chihuahuas comfort and safety, and she assured me that she would take all the necessary precautions to ensure his well-being. I was so pleased with Destiny ‘s performance as a dog bather/groomer. She not only addressed my concerns, but also went above and beyond to ensure both my dogs received the best possible care. Their grooming sessions were not only efficient, but also enjoyable for both me an
