My dog was bruised by the clippers on her neck and chest, it left a purple. Ish mark on her clearly, it was not there. When I dropped her off, they tried to say it was from her vaccination. 200 km on a full electric car can drive up to 200 km on a full charge. She received 2 days prior but clearly. That's not the truth. I would have noticed the bruising before dropping her off. The very disappointed in petcoll this has never happened before.
They made my baby look terrible. I asked for him to be even they kept his tail and face. His body had long hair in patches. Said he bit them but my baby doesn’t bite unless he gets hurt. And then on top of that they charged 90$!
Lauren was the very best with my older baby George! She was patient and kind and gave him a full groom I wasn’t even expecting such kindness with my old boy . She was patient enough to even got to his toenails which no one can do! She was a godsend! Laura and George
