Petco Grooming

I'm not sure who else experience an awful service at petco grooming in Brooksville. This isn't my first time going but its my last. I rescheduled two months ago with Lydia because she did amazing with my dog. But for some odd reason they put my dog with Vinny today. Which I get mistakes or if she was sick or whatever but let a girl know beforehand so it's not a surprise. However it took Vinny an hour to "groom" and "bathe" her. Which i thought was fast but I thought nothing of it at the moment. I arrived and I told them I was picking up Zoee and they looked so confused and shocked that I was picking up a dog they had no clue they had.... Vinny included. He's like "I don't know who Zoee is". After about a minute of them looking at me, another technician came out and they were like, "do you

I have no words for the horrible job. Apparently the groomer didn’t feel like brushing my standard poodle so she shaved him and only left the tail and ears and shaved his head. This is a poodle!!!! And if that is not bad enough, I was charged an extra fee for “brushing “ I will be going back to speak with a manager and hope they refund the ridiculous amount I paid.

All staff and especially Regina who takes special loving interest in my dogs and always giving great care advise with a smile💗

Very thorough in providing the services you request. They are responsive to any requests. Grooming area is kept clean after each animal. Mobile groomers, you can't be sure of cleanliness of their equipment, mobile or grooming. They ensure any animal coming in for services is healthy and up to date with shots/medications.

At the Brooksville, FL location, our groomer Regina, always takes the best care of our Yorkie! She treats her with compassion and trims her the way that makes her look the best! The great service keeps us coming back!
