We use Petco grooming for our dogs nails and we see Heather. Our puppy has so much anxiety with her nails and Heather has been loving, patient and amazing.
Had an appointment to get dog groomed today brought in the paperwork for his shots and they would not except them when it clearly stated what day the dog had his vaccination and that it was a one year rabies shot delivered on the 9th month tried to tell us that it didn’t state how long the vaccination was for which it did! Went to your competition and they took the paperwork no questions asked! You lost our business!
They won't answer phone calls. My 5 year old needs some new shots before they will groom him, but they never answer my call??? If it's $150 total, I'm in! But if it's $200 plus, I don't think so. But since they never answer my call, my dogs a mess!!
Heather is an outstanding groomer for my 1 year old Cavapoo. I love her work.
Brought my 17yo chi for a grooming and it very fast and effective! Well deserved 5* for the nail cut!! Thank you!
