Petco

I was happy to meet the Manager April here at the Greenville Store. She was very helpful. The poor lady was on the rush assisting public. Don't know if it was due to short of staff. No matter how busy she was she still made time to answer questions. She's very friendly and helpful. Store was a busy and bit crowded. I found what I went to purchase. I purchased two different sizes of booties for my two dogs. Shelves were pretty much full I have to say have never seen it this way. I had stopped going to this store because everytime I went they never had the item I needed and the shelves were always pretty much empty. I would always speak to manager of that time and mentioned this don't remember what he said if he did. Anyway I haven't gone to the store for a few years due to this reason. Re

Very nice and helpful every time I shop here. I’m thankful they are in town, and my pups love coming in to get a toy and treat! Clean, organized, good selection of items, and when one register is backed up, I always see another staff member jump on the other register to help. Love this Petco.

My daughter loves her New Guinea pig Yuri! They are already besties and the team was very helpful at Petco!

I’m so glad my town Greenville, Tx. has a Petco. There’s no reason why leave town for those items. I can purchase sweaters n coats for my Pomeranian n pitbull mix. This year I purchased for my dogs a coat n sweater. They are lovely n were on sale great affordable prices for my budget. I also bought food for my Parakeets Tim n Jerry plus other items for their cage. They love the swing n more. I was so tempted to buy a new parakeet. There was one like white n grey light blue. Gorgeous! I didn’t buy it because I already have two males n don’t want any more n no females. Maybe in the future. Thank you n have a Merry Christmas!

I went in Petco in Greenville , Tx. about 2pm on Tuesday 12]2]25. I was planning to buy tropical fish and supplies. There was a gentleman being helped by a staff member with fish he knew nothing about. I told her i wanted some fish when she finished with him. I saw her checking him out but several folks lined up behind him. I continued to wait about 20 min. Then i walked around the store to see if someone else could help me. I could not find nobody in the store. I waited about 15 min. longer but enough was enough. I set my products I was planning to buy down, I went to front and told her while she was checking out folks i had waited over 30 min. and it was too damn long ! As I was walking out another staff member appeared and said she could help. I told her I was done and left. If a store
