I went to Petco this afternoon 12/13/25 with my corgi puppy I have to say I was never treated so kindly. I have to mention one employee named Genesys. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and the love she showed for my puppy,”Rocco” I will never forget. I want to let you know you are very lucky to have such a dedicated employee and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding service she gave to us. 10/10 would NOT recommend!! Got to the appointment 10 minutes late, but standing waiting for someone to come to the front desk. 3 groomers looked at us and did nothing. A lady finally came to the desk, simply because the phone was ringing. We were then informed our appointment was canceled due to them having a “very strict” 15 minute late policy. Ironically, she informed us at exactly 15 minutes late. It literally was 1pm on the dot meanwhile I then informed the employee I had been standing there for over 5 minutes waiting for someone. I drove 45 minutes for nothing because the groomer, Leila B decided she just didn’t feel like cutting my dog’s hair even though the appointment had been scheduled days in advance! The employees are ready and willing to help with any things! I found an item with the wrong price and they honored the price I though it was for! They were all super nice in there! Highly recommend this place absolutely love them!

I take my dog to petco for his baths and we have the best experience with Leila!

Im leaving a 5 star review for Liz at Petco in Glastonbury! She has been absolutely amazing! Our baby hamster wasn't feeling well and Liz has been so kind, caring and knowledgeable with what to do with our hamster. Ask for Liz if you have any concerns with your fur babies!! She's awesome! Also props to Anthony!! He's absolutely amazing! So kind and caring and very friendly and you can tell he loves his job! He has been so helpful and answered all of my questions! Glastonbury Petco has amazing employees!! 5 stars to all!!
