Absolutely *love* this store! Most places, the employees couldn't know or care any less about the animals they're selling, or they recommend inadequate care as fact instead of admitting they don't know, but not here. On a whim my wife and I came here to buy a Dwarf Hamster. I usually do a ton of research and learn all I can beforehand, but this time we went in spur of the moment and with zero care knowledge. Thank *GOD* we found Madison that day! She was *amazing* and knew all about the dwarf hamsters and what we'd need for ours, as well as what they *actually* need to thrive, not just survive! She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. She helped us for well over an hour as I asked a billion questions and as she helped us pick out every single thing we'd need for our new littl

Wandered into the store this evening to say hello to the animals and met this social butterfly. She is such a curious little bird and loves to see herself in the videos. I hope she can find someone good with birds like the guy from Iron Man 2, he loved his bird There's plenty of helpful staff there to answer any questions regarding the care of your pets. 🦗

I'm usually in this store once a week and I always find what I'm looking for. The store is well stocked, the fish are healthy and the tanks are clean. The employees are so helpful and friendly. The managers are quick to help and Mackenzie is always a smiling face at the register! Of course, I'll be back :)

I have been to this store a couple of times. It’s not a great store. A lot of the staff look absolutely worn out and not interested. The Betta lounge as it’s called is an absolutely disgusting sight. These fish need proper filtration and space to move. Not stuck in a tiny container with nothing. I dread to think how many of these fish get thrown away. It’s really not acceptable. There’s a lot of dead fish in the tanks. There was a half price sale on the website and I spoke to a guy to see if they matched the online prices. He was really rude and said we don’t do price matching. He acted like I was an inconvenience. One of the worst pet shops I have ever been in and will certainly not go back.

All of the employees at Petco are knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate all the help with the purchase of my aquarium and supplies.
