I absolutely love the Petco on West Hampden - it feels like home! David is always so sweet and has such a positive energy, it’s contagious. When I ask for help, I never feel like it’s a chore for any of the employees, they are happy to help and seem to actually enjoy their jobs (sometimes rare to find in customer service). David even remembered that my new corgi is a really rough chewer and gave him a basically indestructible chew toy, without stuffing so I don’t need to worry about him ripping into it and swallowing the insides. Even my five year old schnauzer, who typically isn’t a huge fan of those hard chew toys, likes it too 🥹🥲

Wow...talk about amazing service and help that goes above and beyond...this Petco delivers! David made my visit perfect...helping me get everything I needed at the best price...and saving me a trip elsewhere. Thanks David for the awesome service and support!

Went in for photos with Santa today and just have to say a huge thank you to all of the employees who were so kind and patient with my pups!!! The pictures came out great too!!! Thanks!!

After our visit with the children yesterday, I felt it necessary to let you know that the condition of the store in Englewood Colorado was very poor. We visited around 11am, and found the aquarium portion to be very concerning, all of them were barely working, most were empty and very dirty. You could tell that the fish were struggling to be slice. Most of the beta fish in the cups were dead. They're were boxes everywhere and only 2 employees in the store. It is concerning that the employees at the site did not seem to care about the animals. Please address this.

DO NOT GO HERE - They pinned my dog down on the table at the vaccine clinic and they wondered why she reacted the way she did. She hasn’t been able to walk straight since then. If your dog is scared, timid, or shy then take them to a professional clinic that won’t be rough with your dog and then be shocked by the way your dog reacts due to the stress. I had to book her to a Vetco Hospital which cost more. NOT WORTH IT! Vaccinations are required by law (certain ones). Hire better staff.
