Great shopping experience. Had everything I needed in stock for my dog and bearded dragon. Pablo is always wonderful to deal with if I have a question and at checkout.

The cashier did not having any type of customer service skills, it seemed as if he hated his job was not helpful whatsoever, it's a shame because I have never had any problems at this store most of the cashier's are very friendly and helpful so sad. I would give no stars but it does not take the review.

Easy to find product I was looking for. Friendly staff and very helpful. Store was clean and had some great sales for dog beds.

I brought my puppy mochi in for grooming and the staff was so kind. I had a bit of a hiccup with not bringing her vaccination records and they were so understanding. I had ti call my vet and get it emailed and they still took her several minutes later. Mochi was nervous as it’s only her second grooming and Kourtney was patient and gave mochi time to get comfortable with her. I’m so grateful I was worried about my dog getting mistreated as I’ve read grooming horror stories and I can rest assured.

I bought a collar for my Chihuahua mix and it didn't fit her. Two weeks later I took her with me to exchange the collar and buy her a new one. I had no problem exchanging it. The store smelled clean and was fully stocked with a variety of items for all breeds. The clean restroom was a plus. My dog also enjoyed the tasty treats.
