My pup isn't aggressive and yes he has matted hair but please why did they jack him up and not even bathe him and charge $120.00 I demand a refund because they made my appt earlier and was not able to finish plus the groomer said she had to get home to nurse her kid and couldn't stay late so you should have rescheduled if you didnt have time. These things had nothing to do with my dog and finishing the groom! $120.00 I need a refund bc the cost to make him look right us going to cost me more 😤 look at the photos of the finished job ! They didn't even wash him!!!!!!!!!

The employees there are always nice. We had one employee help us learn how to help our dog with feeding schedules because he was having problems digesting his food. They told us how to feed him properly and what brand of food might be better for him. Also today there was a lady named Naomy working the register and she was really sweet!!

Love this place got some cool stuff for my chameleon. I love this place because of their supplies. She loves the crickets from this Petco

Very disappointed. They couldn't trim my dogs nails and said my dog was too aggressive. When I made the appointment, I told them that I couldn't trim them because she will bite and wish they would have told me. They were busy and acted disingenuous about wanting to honor my nail appt. Don't waste your time with them. They only take best behavior dogs.

Refused to take our dog for a scheduled groom. He has been getting grooms at PetCo for years and there have never been any issues. Said that because he was on minor anxiety medication, their policy was that they could not take him for potential "behavioral" issues. If your dog takes any prescribed anxiety medication, don't bother coming here. I understand if this is a policy in place, but the fact that this policy was not communicated ahead of time and that we drove and showed up for our SCHEDULED appointment before being told of this (frankly ridiculous) policy is unacceptable. Do better.
