Petco

Busy for Christmas! We used the Vetco services to get vaccinations for our dog. It was very easy to get them registered and in to see the Doc. They explained explained everything clearly and we were done quickly. After, we walked around the store which was well stocked and saw lots of wagging tails which were seen making their Wish List for Santa!

Petco was a great experience. Our family just got our first kittens. We went to Petco right after picking up our new additions, they had everything we needed to get our cat world started. We got everything from a litter box, to toys, food, bowls, and even some fun kitty houses! The staff was friendly knowledgeable and great with helping us through our purchase. Overall great store with a great selection for any pet owner.

Had plenty of employees when I came in at 6 (only stopped at this location because it's on my way home). I counted three employees, one at the register and two walking the floor. Waited by the fish for almost 20 minutes waiting to see if any of them would greet me or ask if I needed help... never happened. Then while leaving the guy at the register was more interested in his phone then noticing someone was leaving. Was going to buy out all their manager special fish but I guess I'll just spend my money at petsmart where their employees pay attention.

I went to Petco, to get my 13-year-old Australian Shepherd buzzed down. I am not fussy. I told them she had a lump on her side. She’s been there twice before and to call me when she was done. She called me within 15 minutes and said she’s come across a bump she couldn’t do anymore and this is what she looked like!! she made no attempt to make it look half decent. I have been on the phone to the Customer Service headquarters to complain and spoken to several people and nobody has called me back at all. One customer service representative said they have gotten so many complaints that they are dealing with.

We recently moved to Nampa from Eagle, but Sage has been grooming our first pup for over a year when we rescued our girls and moved we knew we couldn’t stop taking them to her as she has always been great with our Coco! We continue to make the drive even though there is a Petco closer because Sage has been exceptional! Thank you Sage for treating our babies so good! We recently rescued a new pup that we will also be taking to Sage!
