Petco

Small store but had what I needed though they are REALLY expensive. Dont have ANY pet stores near my home and this one was on the way home. Stopped to get a gentle leader for my service dog. They had them and I bought one but when. I got home about 2 hours later I opened the package and discovered there was dog hair on the part that is padded that goes over the snout. Idk if someone returned it or if it was tried on in store or what but it was disappointing to think I was buying a new product vs getting a possible used one. Thankfully the size the box stated it was (Large) was actually the size in the box as the boxes are not stapled shut or sealed in anyway. My dog doesn't care about it the hair after giving it a good sniff. But if im going to be buying an item that has been used in anywa

I've been shopping here for 8 years and have always enjoyed the employees there. They all genuinely seem to love what they do. Then recently a new girl named Nicole started and let's says she clearly hates her job. If shes working, I have to go find her to check out. Then with nothing but attitude, throws cans of food into the bag. No smile, no kindness. This isn't a role for her and of shes there i will shop elsewhere.

This is by far the worst Petco location I’ve been to. The store itself is very small, and when I asked for help regarding reptiles, the employee I spoke with was rude and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. I also called the store twice today and was placed on hold for about five minutes each time before being sent to voicemail. I usually love Petco and have had great experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. Unfortunately, I had a better experience at PetSmart.

the staff there was wonderful. When i forgot a bigger purchase they immediately called and kept it safe for me. Very grateful for them!
