Alexis was absolutely amazing in ensuring we had everything we needed for our new hamster we adopted. She spent so much time with us and was very patient with our questions. Also, 5 different people welcomed us, asked us how they could help, and did so without being intrusive. We had time to decide on things on our own and it was a great balance of autonomy and assistance. Our hamster, Witty White White, is thriving in an awesome environment because of Alexis’s help!

I had a great experience shopping for dog food thanks to Alexis! I was inquiring about options for my picky eater, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a wide variety of products. She took the time to explain different ingredients and made thoughtful recommendations based on my dog’s needs. I ended up buying a couple of her suggestions, and my dog absolutely loves them! I really appreciated her patience and expertise — I’ll definitely be back.

I went to petco to get a tank that was 50% off. I work at a different location and they argued that I don’t get sale prices and refused to give me my money back. They argued they can’t do overrides which is wrong. They also said it’s similar if you have a vcp that you can’t stack anything which again is wrong. The manager was blonde w pink hair and was useless and just kept saying she can’t do anything. I won’t be going back I showed them the price on the app and how i get the discount logged in as an employee and they don’t care. They really argued a policy I know better then them.

They had a good sale on both dry and wet catfood going on. I got a kitty Xmas stocking on a good clearance price too. But they didn't have the one thing I went in to buy...

My favorite place to shop for my fur baby's and I'm excited about plans to hopefully add a ferret to my family soon! Service is always wonderful and the store is always clean able yo navigate easily. I wanted to take more pictures but my phone died...
