After three separate grooming appointments with a competitor that were repeatedly canceled for various reasons, I decided it was time to take the drive and book with Petco in Crescent Springs and I’m so glad I did. First, I absolutely love that Petco allows customers to book multiple pets in a single appointment instead of requiring separate bookings. I scheduled my two dogs for a 2:30 appointment with Kristen D, and about an hour later she personally called to let me know she could take them earlier. That small gesture immediately stood out as thoughtful, customer-focused service. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, my dogs were checked in, and they were taken back in under three minutes. We take our English Lab, Bo, to the groomers at the Crescent Springs Petco, and now we always request Samantha. She does a fantastic job with Bo, we truly hit the jackpot finding her! We’ve tried other places in the past and often left disappointed, mostly because Bo is such a large dog and not everyone knows how to handle him. Samantha, on the other hand, always listens to our needs and makes us feel heard. Bo usually gets the deshedding shampoo along with his basic baths, and he always comes home smelling fresh, clean, and looking great. He can be a bit stubborn, so getting him to the groomer isn’t always easy, but it’s so worth it once we see how happy and refreshed he is afterward. I highly recommend Samantha at the Crescent Springs Petco Groomers, she’s absolutely 10/10!

I hate leaving bad google reviews but just look out for your pet! I have a mini Aussie Sheppard (who should not be cut short which they agreed on when I took him in) we asked for a trim and a closer cut behind his ears. He came back to me completely shaved on his tummy, back legs, and private areas. He has been constantly scooting his bum and biting his legs because he is so itchy. It looks like they took a razor right over his behind :( You can just tell he is so uncomfortable. There is a chunk of fur missing from his chest which is very random, it looks like they started and then stopped. I paid extra to have his nails cut and he came back looking untouched, I had to do them again when we got home. as far as the staff goes, they are nice! the way they treat their animals is appalling! they keep 5 or 6 guinea pigs in little bitty cages, they all have things wrong with them! i never shop here, but thank God i stopped here on a whim to get food, saw a little baby guinea pig with a cut on his face, he was extremely malnourished, she admitted she was taking his hay from him everyday because he "ate" too much. so i brought him home. the manager said if you have to take him to the vet within 30 days we will reemburse you for his meds! well i'm taking him today exactly one week later because he had an abscess from the cut and it burst! so i call her and she now is saying i have to return him let them take him them come buy him back! mind you the vet they use killed my other guinea pig by mak
