Absolutely disgusting store. Employees were friendly, but it smelled like actual death. Animal enclosures were atrocious and unclean, and the source of the scent was the ferret enclosure. They have them on soiled paper bedding and there is feces smeared all over the glass. Guinea pig enclosure was absolutely disgusting, and so were the two conures. None of the animals had clean water. Go spend your money somewhere that cares about the welfare of the creatures in their store.

I visited today to seek advice on a variety of foods for 10yrs of age cat, she is a bit aggressive when it comes to eating. Jasmine was exceptionally assistive in educating me in 15 minutes than I had known in years of having cats in my lifetime. I finally chose Hills Science Diet at her recommendation, and also choose a "slow feeder bowl" to keep my cat from eating like a proverbial vacuum cleaner. I may provide updates in the future. Pictures of the aforementioned products will be in the pictures. Update: 27/Aug./2025 The aforementioned "trick feeding bowl," and The Hills Science Diet did not work out for her, but I will thus still leave the five star ⭐ rating, as my cat is as particular as to what she eats as what I eat. 🤣

I went in for a bag of dog food for online promotion and figured I’d walk around and show my son the animals. First let me tell you the cleanliness of this place is horrendous! I mean god awful! The stink from the fish tanks and Ferret cages was BAD! There was turtle tanks that were empty with very little water in them just left out lingering the odor. Cat litter bin where you can refill cat littler was all over the floor. I’d be embarrassed. I’ve always gone to petsmart and I’ll continue because that’s next level embarrassing to have a store stink like that!

I just got my dogs done at petco and they came back the same way I gave them. Their hair was not cut short nor cut evenly. The other dog was not cut at all horrible experience. $69 for each dog and if you look at the pics nothing really done on them

I went to get fish. Was trying to tell the guy to put them together in a bag. He try to insist on putting them in separate bags. When I asked him, does he ever put them together, all he said was depending how many I can get. I tried to advise him, he'll be ok. It is what I prefer. Finally got them together. If looks can kill
