Most petcos carry the same thing, but This is one of my favorite locations because there is always someone ready willy and able to help you with any type of questions. Staff is very attentive.

Very clean facility, I primarily use the self wash. Setup is convenient and they provide all the supplies needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

I bought two cat toys here two days ago and had to return one because the feather part was shedding a lot. My daughter shook it lightly and the downy feathers came off in clumps. When my cat sniffed it out of curiosity, a feather even got sucked into his nose. When I came in to return it, I first explained that the toy seemed dangerous because the small feathers were coming off and had gotten into my cat’s nose. The male staff’s immediate response was, “I just need your proof of purchase?” and then, “Did your cat rip it off?” I told him it happened just from my daughter shaking it, but he offered no apology, no concern—just handed me the return receipt without a word and didn’t even say goodbye. This was my third visit since moving to the area, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The

We went to the store for the dog self wash, arrived the store at 6:31pm, however I was told by the unkind employee, the dog wash was closed. The employee said, the store closes 8pm but they need to have the time for cleaning the wash area. The attitude of the employee was not nice and I feel she really wanted to go home early. I will never go back to this Petco again. If the self wash closes at 6:30pm they should clearly state that on their website. It was a really disappointing experience.

Love Closter Petco. They always have the items for my dog and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
