I got a few fish and some crabs they were all very healthy and doing well in my reef tank. Ive gotten alot of fish from there and have never had a problem. Everyone was very nice

I go to the Steelyard Petco regularly, and my dog loves getting all the sniffs. Sometimes he gets attention from the employees; this time, every employee petted him, gave him treats from the cookie bar , and gave him lots of love. He is a deaf pittie and thinks everyone is his best friend, so he was thrilled (though he did have something to say when the treats stopped 😆). Thank you for giving my boy lots of love and letting him show off the signs he knows!

I had a great experience at this pet store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions. The selection of pet supplies was impressive—everything from food and toys to specialty items was well-organized and easy to find. The store was clean and welcoming. Overall, it’s a reliable place for both new and experienced pet owners.

So many good things to say for a chain store. Start off with Charles the dog groomer did a phenomenal job with getting my boy bathed, nails clipped, and addressing some winter dry skin. He was very adamant on safety with making sure all vaccines were up to date. During my walk in appointment he also addressed a very rude (Karen) customer, who did not have proper vaccine for her dog with class and the upmost professionalism. He even addressed her dog’s aggression towards my boy in the waiting room. We had discussed how my boy was attacked by a small dog last year and his shyness around aggressive small male dogs. I would NOT recommend dog grooming at the Steels Corner location. He went there previously and they did a fine job. However, when I took him the next time he received the worst cut he has ever had. Very sloppy grooming & complete waste of time & money. The manager Ashley was very nice though & provided a refund.
