Petco cares the prescription dog food I need for my sweet senior dog. Thank you! In addition, I have found all of the staff to be so friendly and helpful. Everyone is upbeat with smiles and warm greetings. Makes my day!

Nicole absolutely made my experience at this location, she was extremely friendly and helpful! My senior cats food has been out of stock EVERYWHERE and nicole went above and beyond and out of her way to help me get my cats food shipped to me for free! No shipping cost whatsoever. I will forever remember her .

I used to be a regular at this Petco. I always liked their fish selection, and it was convenient to call ahead and have items waiting for me. For a long time, it was an easy place to shop. But I had an encounter that completely changed my view of the store. I asked an employee who was stocking shelves about a small bird cage (just something simple to transport a few finches). Instead of helping, he questioned what I planned to do with it and made a point of telling me it wasn’t suitable as a permanent home. I understood that, but the conversation took a strange turn. He insisted he didn’t feel comfortable selling it to me without knowing my “purpose,” which felt unnecessary and intrusive. It escalated to the point where he asked me to leave the store. The whole thing felt like a Twilight

I worked with trainer Mel and she was extremely helpful with my rambunctious 4 month old cocker spaniel. She showed me how to train my puppy and gave me very good and helpful advice. I am very pleased and thankful to have access to everything needed for our pets at Petco. A big shout out for Mel!!

Only one star because Ia m forced to. Sat in front of the fish tanks had 3 associates walk by not acknowledge me while attempting to buy over 100$ in fish. After 30 minutes stood in the line with 1 employee at register and because she had to do a price check had to hold the line again. 45 minutes and not a shred of help.pitiful at 6:30pm
