Most amazing staff you could hope for !! Jagger was super helpful and informative got me started with everything I needed! My new family member has been the most amazing addition to my home!! Thanks to everyone who helped, especially jagger!!!

The girl who helps us was VERY knowledgeable and Incredibly helpful. She answered all of ours incredibly stupid questions and was happy to do it. She spent over an hour with us and even had to repeat some of her answers because there was so much information to take in that we were getting some of them mixed up with other lizards. She helped us pick out a bearded dragon and the correct cage to go with it for the first 6 months. I really wish I could remember her name and mention her by name because she was absolutely amazing!! As opposed to the girl from the cash register I tried to get to come help us who just purely seemed annoyed. She helped us pick out the EXACT tank me needed (for now) she said it would last us about 6 months (because the MUCH MUCH BIGGER cage was way out of our pric

Store employee was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable with purchase of betta fish. He took the time share best products and didn't sell more than we needed.

Shannon was amazing as always.Very professional and courteous and she treats my fur babies as if they were her own. I would not trust anyone else to groom my fur babies. We love her. Keep up the 👍🏽 work.

First visit with our newly adopted dog. Layout of the store is well organized, bright and cheerful. Manager was extremely helpful to us fitting our boy with a harness, and selecting foods, toys and treats. His knowledge of pets and their needs and behaviors gave us confidence. The membership plan is very good.
