Not everyone gets lucky enough to find a great match on the first try when switching groomers, but I am so grateful we did! Melissa did an amazing job on my sweet boy, he was not stressed at all when i picked him up and he smells and looks so wonderful. Will happily be bringing him here from now on. The cashier that rang us up was so awesome as well! highly recommend this location.

I'm very disappointed with this place. Mrs Kim the groomer cut my long beautiful dog's hair extremely short damaging it horribly uneven and leaving him with bad smells and dirty, specially his eyes 😞 I'm sure my poor dog ​​didn't see water and shampoo (pics are from the same day) the manager was very polite in refunding our money back but unfortunately we won’t recommend this grooming salon to anyone.

Petco Gooming at the Brandon, FL location is exceptional. Sara was the groomer who took excellent care of my dogs. Their feet have never looked better. Sara did an amazing job. She was professional, kind and knowledgeable.

I went in last night with my 13-year-old Chihuahua, Mae Mae. The manager(?), I wish I could remember his name, it starts with an E, Super nice guy, always so helpful and I can tell that he genuinely cares. He is definitely an asset to the store and I hope his supervisor knows that. Not enough genuine people in this world that actually care about their jobs.

So, first of all, to the young man that talked to my little girl about lizards (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, twenties, had his hair pulled up, and was spritzing the reptile habitats), thank you SO VERY MUCH. She wouldn't stop talking about the reptiles! So excited. You were very professional and informative, so, AWESOME JOB. 2nd - my little stood and played with the 2 kittens up for adoption (Birdie & Noah) for like 30 minutes. They were so adorable. Overall great experience, nice clean store, adorable animals.
