Petco

No help. Had to wait for someone to check out. Store didn't have much on the shelves. Did not like my experience at the store this time. Because of nothing there went to Petsmart to buy items for my aquariums. I dont like the way rewards are given. Cashier couldn't get my reward coupon to work.

This place obviously has never been good at treating their animals with the care they deserve, everytime I visited I would feel so bad just being a bystander. However I have seen some improvement November last year. Hopefully whoever is taking care of those animals keeps it up.

I bought 20 fish from petrol. All except 2 died and this contaminated my tank with ice. Went in for a discount or refund and since I didn't keep the bodies I was declined reimbursement. I do like they price match though lol. I won't be buying any fish from here ever again.

Absolutely appalling store. Tanks filled to the brim with dead fish. Enclosures filled with waste. Animals isolated with clear signs of stress. Do these employees even care? I'm not even pressed about the awful customer service and lack of attentive. The store was as filthy as the enclosures housing the animals. Will be contacting whoever I can to explain this. Full Karen mode for the sake of these poor animals.

Very clean store. I went to grooming department to ask if they could squeeze my dog in for a quick trim. They were very accommodating and I was in and out of there in an hour. Associates and groomers were very nice and helpful.
