Petco

While the people at my local Petco are nice, they are SEVERELY understaffed and there were so many dead and decaying fish amongst the tanks. Sad to see, wish there was more seasoned leadership there to run the business more efficient and effectively.

Placed an online pickup order. Store said all products were out of stock. Within 5 minutes of that, went into the store to find the exact products in stock on the shelf. Employees would not match the online pricing despite their clear screw up of not finding the product on their shelf. Walked out with nothing.

Why is Inaba Churo, unavailable, in a larger size of packets. My 3 month old kitten and the year old mother, prefer Chicken, tuna, Salmon, NO BEEF and NO CHEESE. I have a very hard time, finding the Churo in the flavors my kitties like, locally and also online.

Went to south Burlington petco to get some fish. The tanks were absolutely disgusting! We walked out without a single fish! Decided to go to berlin petco...guess what..their tanks were even worse! The salt water tanks were so filthy you could barely see if there was any fish in them! The panel to cover the filter system was on the floor!!! We walked out of there without a single fish. Petco, DO BETTER FOR THE ANIMALS!!! At the rate you are going, you shouldn't even have fish! We didnt even look at the quality or care of any of the other animals!! Will be calling corporate!!

I picked up dog food and the cashier was very polite. Thank you.
