The guy who helped me was honestly one of the best people I’ve ever met in this business. From our very first interaction until the end, he was amazing. He helped me choose exactly what I needed for my new baby beardie, without trying to push anything unnecessary. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he was incredible. I’m 1000% sure I’ll be back often to say hi and buy more stuff

Amanda Was AMAZING! I mean literally the best!!!!! Unexplainable🥹 I mean this 5 star review isn’t even for the store it’s for her, she made our trip worth it , she literally gave us all the information we needed she literally sat With us for over an hour patiently helping us smiling laughing , like she’s the sweetest thing to ever in mankind. Please give her a raise or something ! She’s highly appreciated and honestly deserves manager role ! Better yet own the Petco😅 Thank you soooo soo much girly ! This petco is wonderful. My grandson loves animals and loves to ask a lot of questions about them. We recently visited this store and were helped by Jay Amelia and David. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They were patient with him and answered every question he had. He left the store in a great mood. Thank you so much !!! ❤️

Based on reviews and a friend, I booked my baby Lucy to have her first professional grooming with Lesley and WOW! She’s incredible and she cares and you can tell she loves what she does and cares about all the details to make the dog feel comfortable. She did an amazing job and will definitely have Lucy back to be groomed by her.

Took my dog Coquito to this Petco Avon location for a groom for the first time today and booked with Lesley based on the reviews citing her and a personal recommendation from a friend. She did amazing!!! We let her know that our dog was clipper burned in his private areas by a Petsmart groomer in Braintree last year and that my dog was seriously depressed and physically scarred for weeks after that and that because of this he’d probably be a bit nervous coming in for a groom again even though it’s been a year (we’ve been grooming him at home since the Petsmart incident). Lesley was so considerate, patient, and didn’t resort to shaving my dog down to his skin just to make her job easier- she was the real deal and provided the best even/detailed cut for my baby! I will definitely be trustin
