Petco

Amazing service. I went in with my 2 daughters to get ghost shrimp for my new tank. The workers were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable, which made my shopping experience very pleasurable. The entire staff was great from being greeting when I walked in, to being helped which included having questions answered and needing a second opinion and then checking out. I wish all places had this type of service. *pic is my all planted tank and some of my beautiful shrimp the staff helped me pick out.

This Petco is good. I have moved away from the area and miss it dearly in my new neighborhood. I happened to be on my old area and took the opportunity to visit this location again. Petco stores seem to be a hir or miss, especially if you are shopping for aquatics including live fish and plants. This one is a hit. Someone is always available to assist. If no one is available, management promptly will find someone or jump into action themselves. This is not my experience I'm other Petcos in the metro area. Keep up the good work at this location .hope to see improvement in others . Thank you

All the employees are helpful and friendly. You can get lost in this store but they are quick to help out!

Visited this store because it is far better than the one in north Aurora. It is a polar opposite and I give this one 5 stars. Their employees appearance is neat and appropriate, they are warm and friendly, and the store overall well stocked and easy to navigate. Whatever your pet needs, they appear to have it on hand. The public facing staff creates a positive experience for the customer and this store seems to understand the importance of making their customers feel welcome, and are the most indelible impression of the entire store. We will be back to this store for our pet needs, and look forward to a continued positive experience with each return visit.

There is a Petco closer to where I live but I had given up going there due to poor customer service. After recently loosing our cherished dog I stopped at the store located at 1350 S Ironton St, Aurora, CO 80012. I spoke with a store manager (Lynn) regarding an exception for a return of unopened dog food. She certainly restored my faith in which not all Petco stores are the same. She was understanding and compassionate and made me feel there are some Petco employees who care about pets and their owners and are not just in the business of selling pet supplies. Petco needs more employees like Lynn.
