Honestly I am beyond frustrated right now. Earlier today, I dropped my dog off for an 11a grooming appointment. I was told it would take 4-5 hours because they were short staffed and made it clear that I had to pick her up by 4p. Fast forward to 3p and I called to get an update. I was told she would not be ready by 4p because she ended up needing an additional shedding treatment. No one called in advance to confirm this and it was not mentioned at her intake. I asked to speak with the groomer, Caroline, to see what could be done because I had to leave by 4p to get my kids and was immediately met with hostility. She had a huge attitude and was just downright nasty, rude, and unsympathetic. I was trying to have a calm conversation and her attitude immediately escalated things and finally jus

We love being a partner with Nicole and her team! The store is always well stocked, easy to navigate and clean! Our featured felines for adoption are always so spoiled and loved by the staff and customers there! We have been able to find so many homes for the rescued kitties thanks to their partnership with ASHA. As well as provide countless other animals with food, and supplies from their generous donations! Thank you Petco Ellicott City, Nicole and her team! ❤️

The best Petco! Our girl Hannah just got her first grooming here, and we were so lucky to have Lara take care of her! Lara is definitely loving and sweet, and she is extremely patient with our baby. I highly recommend Lara to all dog parents!

I have to jump on here to give a positive review that we had at Ellicott City petco. Dylan , that works there is amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. We've been to the other Petco in Columbia. That I will never go again for help. They don't want to be bothered with any questions. Also helping you with anything. So if you ever have questions or need advice or getting a new animal please go see Dylan. Thank you again Dylan.

I’ve been going to this location for the last 3 years for dog grooming. I’ve never had an issue with any groomer before nor has my dog ever acted up at any grooming service before. I paid for a full bath service yet my dog’s nails were never trimmed, he was half wet, and teeth weren’t even brushed. I expect at least decent service or even if half was done, at least offer 50% off - that wasn’t even offered. I’m sad to admit that I won’t bring my dog to this location for grooming anymore.
