Just finished dog sitting for my daughter and guess what? Her pup was in serious need of a makeover! I took him to Petco for a bath and a cut, and now he looks like a brand new dog! Store is usually clean which is nice but I will say the employees aren't the friendliness. While checking out there was a male and female in a conversation and neither said a word other than my total. Then a thank you and turned her back to finish her conversation.

I went in to get some insects for my pet chameleon last week and decided to check out the chameleons they had for sale. While checking out the babies I noticed that one of them was getting burned from the lights so I wanted to bring it to their attention. They had an employee come over to me and asked how he could help me. So I told him ur lights r burning the babies and he says u mean where he is changing colors and I told him no if u look u can see where he is already burned. He then sticks his hand inside and feels under the heat lamp and says well it's sitting at 75-80 degrees which is where they r suppose to be. I told him it's not the heat lamp that is burning him it's the UV light. He then tells me if he was being burned he would get away from it. I told him that is incorrect. They

Braden is absolutely amazing. So kind to me and my family he answers everything i ask and some. He seems to love what he does at petco. I always see him interacting with the bearded dragon/ snakes or cleaning the fish tanks. I go in petco 2 to 3 times a week and I look for Braden because he's so helpful and nice. Thank you Braden for all you do for our family we appreciate you so much.

Dirtiest aquarium store I think I’ve ever shopped in tbh. We went in to see their aquarium options and without question the nastiest tanks I’ve ever seen, inside AND out! Not to mention probably the most unhealthy aquatic-life sold in a store, it was honestly sad. Yes it was 50% off but with the health of them I don’t know how they could have morally charged a single red cent for anything in those tanks. Everything was either emaciated and/or riddled with parasites. Mind you: all the coral life was dying if not already dead. I highly recommend spending money else where. And an unrelated opinion… not pointing any fingers.. but a certain staff member could practice better personal hygiene. One staff member has body odor so stout that it could genuinely pierce glass. Just saying..
