Very friendly staff! Me & my parents brought our dogs here for a special picture day for valentines. We love that they do things for pets on holidays!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They were very helpful with guiding us through the process. I took my pet cat for a rabies vaccination and we were done with the whole process in less than 15 minutes. It was a very swift and smooth experience.

After speaking with an associate in the fish department, she recommended Coralife for our coral. After one feeding it killed our coral, as well as our starfish. When I spoke with a manager regarding the issue, I was told to call later to speak with the DM Deb. And that there was nothing they could do, I would need to contact the manufacturer. The cost of the what we lost was close to or over $100. Not satisfied with the current service.

Both McKenzie (groomer) and Jack (trainer) were absolutely fantastic. I have never seen Beau take to strangers the way he did. I was informed of the cost, what I could expect and how long it would take. I felt confident that I was leaving Beau in capable hands. I am satisfied with the services I received and I am looking forward to Beau attending the beginners training with Jack. KUDOS McKenzie and Jack.

All the people at the Aiken Petco are lovely and helpful. But Corporate seems not to listen to its customers. All the products that I use over the last year (Merrick cat foods, organic cat nip) have disappeared and apparently aren't coming back. I have no reason to shop there any longer, unfortunately.
