We’ve been going to Petco for years and are always happy with the grooming services that Stephanie provides for our buddy Valentino. She’s always friendly, professional, and consistently does a great job. Valentino comes back looking clean, well-trimmed, and comfortable every time. We appreciate her care and attention to detail. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾

Not a fan of the grooming staff at this location... I've had great experiences with other Petco locations. Isabel was not friendly but I also noticed the other workers there were unhappy as well. They didn't seem particularly warm to the animals, I will not be returning to this store.

Cashier unfriendly, no service mindset and demonstrating a “I don’t want to be here on a Saturday” behavior; focused on how discounts could not be applied without having the app and if the app is not downloaded at the time of purchase, the discount could not be applied… focused on what could not be done verse what can be done - just a different spin (he should not be working at the cashier destination). Thankfully, there are Pet Goods and PetSmart establishments (which is where I frequently shop (such as better selection as well) - and remember why I don’t shop at Petco).

I Was At Your Store On Thursday. Your Store Is So Much Cleaner And Organized . But Your Prices Have Gone Thru The Roof.i Purchase Wild Weenies For Over $17.00. They Are Normally In The $14.00 Range Went To Pet Goods And The Same Item Was Like I Said $14.00 Area. You Discount Them At End Of Month For 1/2 Price. What Is Your Reasoning. This review is for the volunteers who put the cats up for adoption. First of all, make sure the cages are CLEAN! One of the cats was stepping in their own urine and the smell coming from the cage was horrendous. And, if you want people to potentially adopt a cat, be a little more pleasant when they call and make sure their cages are sanitary!!!
