I’m bad with names, but the girl who took care of my buddy Wesley once again did a great job. I promise I’ll remember your name for the next review even if I have to write it down on my hand lol. Wesley looked really great. I don’t know what was up with him last month, but he wouldn’t let her do his nails, but they were really long and she got them done this time, she even gave me the option to come in anytime I wanted before his next appointment to get his nails done, but I didn’t mind waiting. Neither did he. Most places I go he’s not too reluctant when I handover the leash but he loves it there so I know he’s being treated very well. Pretty much 75 bucks give or take a couple of dollars not including a tip. He gets done from nose to tail, back to nails and everywhere in between and he’

Very helpful staff. They were able to instantly pull up my previous orders so that I could find what type of cat food I had been buying. The salesperson even came down to the aisle with me to help find it. Left very happy.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this Petco location and the incredible team here — especially Robin (Assistant Manager) and Kathy (General Manager). We recently adopted our bird, Tilly, who came with the 30-day health guarantee. Shortly after bringing her home, I noticed she had an upset stomach and immediately called the store. Robin answered and patiently walked me through what can be normal when bringing a new bird home vs. what to watch for. She encouraged me to call back if things didn’t improve, which gave me so much reassurance! A couple days later, I still wasn’t comfortable, so they advised me to bring Tilly in. It does what it says on the tin. I wish the animals had more natural/engaging/stimulating habitats and food. I did not observe signs of malicious cruelty. Plus they are a business that sells animals to a market place that wants them. Me included. Overall not bad. Given the low, in my opinion, bar for what is acceptable.

Stopped in as the location of store was nearby. Purchased the same Purina One lamb for dog that I regularly buy at PetSmart & Target ( not even a pet store!) & was charged $3.00 more ?? Cost of product overrides good employees in this economy.
