Within 48hrs Deeply disappointed with how little effort must’ve been put into her appointment. They initially quoted me that it would take 2 to 3 hours and they called me to pick her up with only an hour of her being there. I was skeptical about that, however I was told that they tagged teamed and one person bathe her and then another person was immediately able to groom her, saving time. Now that she’s been home for a couple of days and there’s been absolutely no improvement to the shedding, I’m having a hard time believing that. I will be contacting my bank. Within 12hrs: May is a Field Golden. I paid additional fees for deshedding & as soon as we got home I noticed that just from petting her, my hand was producing shedding. I did a couple strokes with the brush & it easily grabbed more

They all go above and beyond to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and pampered. The grooming is always flawless, and my fur baby comes out looking and smelling fantastic every single time. The shop is clean, welcoming, and you can truly tell this team takes pride in their work. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism set them apart. I highly recommend Petbar to anyone who wants top-quality service from a team that genuinely cares!

I brought my two doodles to PetBar today, and one of them can be anxious during grooming. I really appreciated how the team handled him with patience and care. Rosemary, the manager, communicated with me throughout the appointment and stepped in as needed to make sure everything went smoothly. Lex was the groomer and did an amazing job — I was so relieved to hear how well my anxious pup ultimately did and how understanding and patient Lex was with him. Both dogs were ready in a timely manner, and I’m grateful for the professionalism, reassurance, and extra attention from the team. Thank you to Rosemary and Lex for making it a positive experience!

Absolutely happy and impressed with the service my pups received at Petbar! The friendly professional staff took time to discuss their process. My dogs looked and smelled amazing! One dog was very nervous when they took him back. When I picked him up, he was relaxed and happy. It’s obvious they truly care about dogs and love what they do. If you are looking for an outstanding dog spa, I highly recommend Petbar. Did I mention that their prices are also reasonable?!?
