My sweet boy Ares & my husband went to get his second round of puppy shots. It was our first time at this clinic! From Mrs. Dawn in the front (SUPER SWEET), Dr. Patrolia, and even to the vet tech who got my husband to call and ask me about Nexguard! We will be back! I was highly satisfied. The online scheduling is a plus & the Saturday hours! We were going to choose between this veterinary office and another closer to us, but Mrs. Dawn and my first impression of this office sealed the deal! We recently moved to Hattiesburg and visited Petal Animal Clinic with our three dogs to establish care. The receptionists were kind when we checked in. The vet assistant was friendly. Dr. Patrolia was thorough in his exam of each of them. The prices are reasonable. They went over costs for future care they will need. We would recommend Petal Animal Clinic.

Unfortunately- my wife and I had to put down our dog Roscoe last week. He was old and had lived a good life but cancer took hold of him and ravaged him until he could no longer walk. We knew what we had to do. We knew because we’d unfortunately had to do the exact same agonizing thing with our dog Henry only six months before Roscoe. Putting down one is hard enough, but two…it’s terrible. On both tragic occasions Petal Animal Clinic welcomed us in with very little notice and delicately helped us navigate through one of life’s most difficult experiences in the most professional way possible. My visit was amazing 🥰 they took good care of my little puppy and for a nice price 💌the front desk ladies are so lovely as well! They clipped her nails and cleaned her ears, and they were so gentle, I could tell they actually love animals.

Even though I wound up having to put my Sweet Bella Girl to sleep, I can not say enough about Dr. John Mayfield III I truly believe that God puts people in our lives at just the right time and that’s exactly what He did with Dr. Mayfield. I took Bella in on Saturday thinking she had an infection got meds dropped her off on Monday that is when Dr Mayfield called me and told me he was gonna give her some stronger meds I told him he was a God sent…He told me to go read Ephesians 2 about having faith in Christ Jesus… I’m hear to tell you Dr Mayfield made me feel at ease about my girl… I picked her up with stronger meds but my Sweet Bella wasn’t getting better she had so much fluid build up in her belly I dropped her off a week later he sent her to the Hattiesburg Hospital to only be told she h
