My dog had a bad experience with her previous groomer so when I called to make an appointment I asked if they would allow me to stay with her to ease her anxiety. Considering the circumstances, the girls did a great job. They were able to bathe and dry her, deshed her and trim her nails. The girls and the owner, were very professional but also very patient and understanding. Karlee looks and feels great. She probably lost 10 #'s between all the dirt washed down the drain and fur flying everywhere. I will say she looks and smells great. Next visit I'm sure will go even smooth. I have been taking my 9 year old German shepherd lab mix and my 5 year old Border Collie for a few years now. People are always helpful and friendly. I can tell they care for my dogs. My dogs look, smell and feel amazing every visit.

I'm very pleased with the staff. I brought Koda in last week. I told them some concerns about him being skidish and some recent trama he experienced. The groomer (not sure what her name is) understood and took such great care of him. What ever the sent they spay on him he looked and smelt good even a week later. 🙂

They do a great job on my two dogs every time I take them in..The staff is friendly and gentle with the dogs..Jonny and Elsa loves going there
