Our puppy guy is 5 years old. The only previous attempt at grooming (at the vets) was terribly stressful for him. He screamed so much that the groomer (after many attempts) gave up. So, I have tried to keep him in shape. Tired of the sweet little fellow looking like a stinky, shabby stray, I decided to give Pet Wants a call. Jennifer listened patiently while I tried to explain his issues. She convinced me that Rachael could handle him. So, we got him in with her. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DECISION OF HIS LIFE! He is a puppy again, livelier, happier, and so handsome!
