I am very disappointed with the recent ownership change. The store now feels bare, and many of the food brands they previously carried are no longer available. I will not be returning, and I’m genuinely sad that The Whole Dog Market sold all of its locations.

I came to use the self wash for my two dogs and the entire experience was great! The self wash is large and clean. They provide the bath essentials 101 (shampoo, conditioner, brushes, a great blow dryer, towels etc). I brought my own shampoo but I did use their Scouts Honor honeysuckle shampoo since they’re tearless for face and it smelled great and lathered really well. They also have a step stool to help with bigger or older dogs to get into the tub. There were 2 associates there, a girl with a cool sleeve tattoo and a boy with a nice beard. They were so nice and gave me great customer service! They gave my two dogs Honey and Layla pets and a tasty beef lung sample after their bath. I walked around the retail store and they have a great selection of boutique-y pet items for both dogs and

Great staff. Great options to return for refund if your pup doesn't like the food or treats.

Lee was absolutely awesome and so helpful. I am really appreciative for a little sample of food for my kitty before committing to a full bag. Super informative and kind team here!
