Pet Wants Cincy at Findlay Market

I have two medium sized dogs, some kind of shelter mixed breed cattle dogs❤️ one is older and she just wasn't eating much anymore. I got some frozen beef stew, dehydrated chicken gizzards and beef liver sticks, and she loved all three. She's finally excited to eat again. Great place with amazing product. I love that rye beef stew was frozen. It comes in a cardboard sealed container that you just let thaw out. Love this place. So happy I went in here. It is a breath of fresh air, compared to other over priced, and trashy, pet food stores that sell junk made to kill your pet.

Most hostile interaction ever from a sales rep. EVER. Felt like we walked thru the door that said for WHITES ONLY and we got yelled at by the woman who wasn't sure if she wanted our business. Thanks for letting me and my child know how FINDLEY really feel about dissatisfied customers. I bet if they were WHITE expressing dissatisfaction that lady would NOT have dared came at them like that. I know so bc SHE code switched as soon as the white man walked in. Disgusting. All I said was 'it's getting hard to stay loyal' and she flipped out. Never asked me what I was trying to find or what the issue was. Just started running off at the mouth like I had just told her sucked as a human being. Surprised i wasn't when that WHITE man came in and suddenly the mean lady was ready to listen. Even star

So impressed by the selection here! And the woman behind the counter I think the owner she's sweet as can be. She was able to make some great suggestions for my old sick pup who loved everything she picked. I'll definitely be back!

I received my first food delivery this week and my dog loves it! They delivered the food in a reusable tote that even came with a welcome note and a flag. The price is very reasonable and I am so excited to have fresh food delivered for my dog. Why didn't I order pet wants sooner?!

Okay I was blown away! First time puppy owner… needless to say I know nothing… went to Findlay for lunch and to walk around, just happen to run into Pet Wants and left with a bag of free food for my puppy to try upon other things to “season” his food with and chew treats (bones) that he is majorly in love with! Needless to say we are now loyal pup food buyers. The lady working in OTR today was amazing! See you soon!
