Pet Wants Broadview Heights

I randomly stopped in about 6 months ago based on a recommendation from our trainer after less than desirable interactions at some big name pet stores. My pup, Arlo, and I were pleasantly surprised. From a nice selection of locally made foods and treats but even better, the customer experience. The owner Todd, only ever treats Arlo and I like family and friends, not just another customer. He actually remembers us an we pick up our convos like we were just talking. He’s not pushy, and is just open and honest with recommendations and suggestions. He’s a wealth of information! Fast forward 6 months Todd/Pet Wants is our go-to for Arlo’s food, chews (horns, antlers, etc) and even treats. Absolutely loved knowing that his food is small batch locally made, and that I don’t need to worry about

Update: my dogs can’t get enough of the bones and treats from Pet Wants!!! Our black lab kept trying to hide one bone in blankets, our bed, his bed, and the couch over the last several days. He has never had this much interest in a bone for this long. I sent my husband back to buy more!!!!! _____ The kibble is awesome! Since we switched, our dogs have so much more energy! The customer service is fantastic and the owner cares so much about the health of our fur babies! I can’t wait to come back for more food and treats for our dogs! ❤️

Really nice people and almost everything is local! An Ohio family, trying to help Ohio pets, sourcing from Ohio farms - how cool! They even make their own fresh dog food kibble. Really nice place. Tons of horns, antlers and other healthy chews. My dogs loved everything.

I stopped in here to check out what the hype was all about. The owner greeted me at the door and struck up a conversation about my dog and what her dietary needs are. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store was very clean and well stocked with all the food and treats you could want for your pet. If you're looking for a a better option than those big box stores and the massive conglomerate pet food companies, this is absolutely the place to go. Local small business owner providing high quality locally sourced pet products, and my dog loves everything we get from there. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be a regular customer.

Todd is a super kind and understanding person. He is knowledgeable about his products and really cares about you and your pets. Highly recommend.
