Pet Valu

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was greeted with a big smile as I walked thru the door. I was looking for probiotic chews for my fur baby Lily ❤️and was shown the variety that the store had. It was a quick and easy trip thanks to the girls at Pet Value!!

Really impressed. Good sized store and well stocked with lots of selection/variety. We got everything we needed for our new puppy. Everyone was very tolerant of our small kids who were, unfortunately, not on their best behaviour that day. Cashiers are friendly and one helped me carry stuff out to the car. Prices are similar to that of most pet stores. Great service, will return.

I walked in, and was greeted with a lovely smile from a younger women. I picked up my products however the employees needed to go into the back to get it. I stood watching them get it as this old lady began to mock me in the back. Not pleasure at all. Very unhappy with the unprofessionalism shown today.

The first time I went to this Pet Valu it was largely because it was the closest to my rural home but I continue to go because of the staff. I've never felt so comfortable and welcome when I bring my dog to a pet store. The employees there are always so lovely and helpful! They genuinely seem to care about thier customers: both human and animal! I love taking my dog there to get a new toy and while I'm getting the help I need, my girl gets showered with pets from the generous employees. We both have a wonderful experience every time we go in! Thanks for being awesome Pet Valu!

This is a great pet food store. The inventory is clean and fresh. They have a generous loyalty program for the dog food I buy. The variety of toys and treats is excellent. And their hours are quite long, so if you discover after dinner that you don't have any dog food for the morning, you can run down to Pet Valu for more.
