I had such a great experience at this pet supply store! They have an awesome variety of fish—everything from bright, healthy guppies to unique species I don’t usually see in local shops. Their tanks were clean and well-maintained, which really impressed me. I also loved the little animals they had—especially the ferrets! They were so playful and cute, and it’s clear the staff takes good care of them. You can tell they really care about the animals here. I came in @ 9:00am to use the self wash for Bailey. I saw how crowded it looked in the lot but the cashier said no one was using the self wash. He also wanted to know if I wanted to buy more washes? I said no cause I wanted to get Bailey out of car as I can’t control her so much. As it turned out I needed treats and he pointed me in the right direction so I but more washes too. So greatful for the cashier knowing what & where my stuff is that I need. She’s happy & clean again 🐾

They were so kind when I brought my dog for a self serve bath. I told them that we were getting professional photos done of him because we just found out he had cancer and they were so sweet. Especially Emily. They gave my pup a goodie bag to go and a sweet card with well wishes.

One of the store's members, Tyler, did a great job in directing me to exactly what I needed for my dog today. He was well-versed in navigating through ingredients on various products. After looking at products on the shelf, I felt I found exactly what my dog needed. Great visit today!

Pet Supplies Plus continues to impress. As a former long-term resident of Colorado, this brand was my go-to for all my pet needs (fish and pup). The Delaware location upholds the excellent standard I remember. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly. The store design is intuitive, and the tropical fish section offered great value and very knowledgeable staff. The level of friendliness and expertise is consistently high. It was an excellent experience, and despite living over an hour away, I will certainly be returning.
