Pet Supplies Plus West Roxbury

I love this pet supply store. With two cats, two dogs and a gekko... we get just what we need. But the staff make the difference... they love animals. My new pup visited recently and received the type of welcome you would want. I highly recommend them.

Going to Pet supplies it’s a pleasant experience all the time. From the time you get there always a pleasant smile and information about what’s on sale. To the time you’re at the register there’s time for a little chat about our love pets. So thanks for being close by.

I have come to this location for a very long time and this is my favorite one, although yesterday (10/26) I had a very unpleasant experience in the store. I was waiting in line around 2:00pm and the people in front of me were being helped by both a young woman cashier and who I believe to be a young male manager with dark hair. The cashier girl saw me standing in line with a heavy bag of food while the people in front of me talked to the manager. As the manager was talking to the people in front of me he seemed very agitated but I wasn’t sure what was going on / if the customers were being difficult but regardless I was grateful this kind girl took me at the next register. As she was helping me and being really great and polite, the young man VERY aggressively turns around and loudly says

I have had been a loyal customer for a few years and always brought my dog there. Additionally, I have spent thousands of dollars here. My dog is an escape artist, so I bought a tracking device, similar to an air tag. The device stopped working about 45 days in. I went to this location to get an exchange and/or refund. I was told that they were not able to do this and when I pressed for a general manager, I was given Chris Cardillo's contact information. When I reached out to Mr. Cardillo, he rudely stated he was on vacation and promptly hung up on me. I was not aware he was on vacation as I would have not called. It was disappointing to hear the anger in his tone as he hung up on me. I have told many people how great this pet store and always viewed PetPlus Supplies in a positive view
