Pet Supplies Plus Weatherford

This was the best pet supply I’ve ever been to. Everyone was friendly and wanted to help unlike the other stores I’ve been to ( McPherson and Crowley) they have restored my faith my pet supplies. Until one opens in Granbury, this is my new favorite store. They even go outta their way and bring it to your car. Amazing customer service. Their food is dane approved!

Grabbed a few NATURAL toys for my conures. They were a bit low and the cashier even stated that the bird items are usually lower in stock because most people aren't purchasing items for birds these days. So that was a little discouraging. Not sure if I'd return but I am happy with what I was able to purchase so may try again.

Used to love this place, spent hundreds every month on my dogs raw/freeze dried raw diet. Items are consistently out of stock. The rewards program is a joke, my points are never there, plus I was asked to take a survey for rewards, once again PSP fell through on their end. Coupons? A joke. I receive nothing but already expired coupons in the mail. Shop elsewhere where loyalty is truly appreciated. It isn't here.

Always such a fun place to shop with your pet. The dog wash station is easy to use and makes bath time so much easier than leaning over your bathtub trying to hold your dog while washing, specially if they hate water!! lol. Everytime I go in, the staff are super helpful and truly appreciate you being there. They’ve gone out of their way to let my kids experience holding different animals without needing to be there to purchase one. Most pet places won’t let you hold them unless you’re thinking of walking out with them (which is completely understandable). I would go here over any other pet places and have completely switched our dog food to one that this place carries since we started him on a PetSmart brand in the beginning.
